此件玉质洁白滋润。圆雕，琢驾云飞天。飞天丰颊硕体，双目前视，云鬓高髻。二臂前伸，二足交叠，上身着细薄轻衣，肩部绶带飘逸翻飞，腰束长裙，动感强烈。身下饰祥云，富有立体感。飞天是佛教艺术中佛陀的八部侍从中的两类，即佛经中的干闼婆和紧那罗。玉飞天自唐代多见。
