此佩为白玉质，油润细腻，色泽温润。立体圆雕和合二仙。呈背向行走状，身穿宽袖长衣，二仙前额丰盈，头发向两侧分绺，发丝纤细。面容祥和，扭头直视，开脸喜庆，刻画传神。寒山手捧圆盒，拾得手持荷搭于肩后，顶部琢一莲蓬，蝙蝠爬于其上。和合二仙为唐代寒山与拾得两位大师，是中国民间的欢喜神、爱神，手持的荷花是并蒂莲的意思，盒子是象征“好合”的意思。《周礼·地官》中有“使媒求妇，和合二姓”的记载，是主姻缘和美之神，可令夫妻和睦、幸福美满。此件玉雕制作细腻，形态自然生动，充满生活气息，表现了清代玉雕生活化的特点，实属精品。
