烟壶为白玉质，玉质细腻，色白润，留皮巧雕。器呈扁圆形，平口，直颈，底部椭圆形微凹，下连牙勺。器表一面琢一仙人持荷花，一面仙人手捧宝盒，宝盒半开放出蝙蝠，刻画细腻，极富动感，所谓“和合二仙”，二仙眉开眼笑，吉祥喜庆，福善满盈，寓意兄弟朋友亲密无间，夫妻恩爱。整体保存完好，选材精良，作工精细，掏膛匀净，色泽莹润，秀雅端庄，盈手可握，为不可多得的掌中珍玩。
