此件为白玉质，莹润细腻，满红沁，包浆浑厚。器呈圆形，以阴线阔边，一面琢一凤，回首看向太阳，双翼张开，欲飞状，有单凤朝阳的含义。一面中间饰太极图，旁琢一龙，呈飞舞状，刻画细腻，动感十足。中间有一穿孔，可供穿系佩挂。龙能兴云布雨，利益万物，顺风得利；凤凰绰约高贵，寓意喜庆祥瑞，具有龙祥凤瑞之吉意。该器制作规整，工艺古拙，布局合理，器形完整，构思巧妙。
