杯为玛瑙质，油润细腻。杯身圆口，收腹，高圈足。器壁外缘采用高浮雕手法镂空雕刻三条螭龙，分布均匀的将杯环抱在当中。螭龙圆眼卷耳，使鄂攀靠杯口沿，体型弯曲，尾二股，行走于璧身，身躯矫健。《说文》：“螭，若龙而黄，北方谓之地蝼，从虫，离声，或无角曰螭”。整器造型华丽，呈现出工艺之美。这种螭耳杯，明代常见。
