Three Delft pottery tin glazed de Roos Biblical plates, 1690-1710, Netherlands, Three rare blue and white Delft plates from a series of Biblical scenes. Marked Roos on the back. All three with damages and repairs. Two extra unrelated plates with floral pattern and not marked. D ca. 22,3 cm, Mainly damaged and restored, some shards missing, the two floral plates only with some chips. Provenance: collection of D.G. van Beuningen (1877-1955) thence by descent.
