玉牌为和田白玉制成，材质精良，细腻润白。牌呈扁平长方形，四周边角皆磨圆，弧度完美。牌面起长方形双层边栏。正面以浮雕手法琢饰一人物，刻画神态细腻，线条非常流畅。另一面阳刻隶楷七言诗文：“灵衣兮被被，玉佩兮陆离，一阴兮一阳，众莫知兮余所为。”署“子”、“冈”印章款。书风清雅，诗文与图案相配，情景交融。整器构思巧妙，人物雕工生动传神，刀法娴熟流畅，工料俱佳。属上等佳作。
