此匾尺寸硕大，长方形，通体髹墨漆地，从右至左镌刻“三思疏”奏议，以双边勾勒，中填金漆，醒目传神。 董其昌，字玄宰，号思白，又号香光居士，华亭(今上海市松江)人。明万历十六年进士，选庶吉士授编修，官至礼部尚书。谥文敏。少好书、画，临摹真迹。行楷之妙，跨绝一代。
