Fire-gilt bronze. China, Tang Dynasty (618-907)

Gilt bronze figure of Bodhisattva Guanyin standing on a circular lotus stand supported by a four-leg pedestal. Her left arm on her side and holding the small vase as her attribute, her right arm raised and holding a whisk. She is wearing a clinging robe adorned with long necklaces and a high headdress with two celestial scarves falling over her shoulders down below the lotus base. Behind her head a flaming mandorla.

觀音站立在蓮座上，蓮座立在四脚架上。右臂擡起手握拂塵，
左臂下垂手握净瓶。身著長袍，飾有長項鏈和頭飾。兩條長紗
圍繞兩肩而下。背面一個火焰背光。
形狀：矩形四脚基座，直立造像
尺寸：17,5厘米（高），4,5厘米（寬），2,5（深）
品相良好，包漿細膩
