This green informal Waitao domestic lady’s jacket shows colorful embroidery decoration standing out prominently against the patterned background. The embroideries depict eight lotus roundels amidst smaller floral arrangements. The hems at the lower part, collar and sleeves are featuring a woven band with scholars and other figurative imageries. Bright yellow silk bands embroidered with flowers, vessels and scrolls round off the sleeves.
