此件龙纹玉璜，玉色莹洁，扇形扁平状，做单面雕。两端有孔，可连接其他饰件成组配戴。
正面以双勾雕饰一对夔龙纹，器端左右各有一龙相对，龙张口露舌，躯体弯转成S状，尾部则化做人形，此人双目圆睁，具云形耳，整体构图带有人龙相化的意图，具浓厚的信仰色彩。另器身线条流畅，如行云流水，神龙似畅游于天际，加上S形曲线设计，龙姿虽静犹动，虽光素无纹，但极富韵律感。器缘利落，集商代治玉特征于一身，所见双勾、斜坡、抛光等技法，使平面雕的玉佩，能具有鲜明之线条，足见玉匠天工巧琢、匠心独运。
