天水县，今为甘肃省天水市，是甘肃省域副中心城市。是志为庄以绥修，贾缵绪纂。民国十五年省政府饬修县志，公议创修天水县志，后因战乱中缀。以绥上任后续修，民国二十五年成稿。全志分地舆志、建置志、民族志、民政志、军政志、艺文志、灾异志等十三门，下又设五十六目。卷一收天水全县略图、天水县城关略图两幅。是志所载多为民国史实，其中民族、军政门文笔详审，极具史料价值。本志为拍场首现，据2004年出版的《天水市志》记载，“由于时值抗日战争初期，物价飞涨，经费紧张，此志只印行200部”，洵可珍之。
