此尊造像泥胎，外髹彩漆。罗汉倚石斜卧，身披长衣，足蹬草履，安然自若。光头圆首，面容年轻，眉与鼻胫连成一线，双目微闭，嘴角含笑，表情平和安逸，人物神态塑造精确。前胸半袒，右臂折袖托腮，左臂扶于膝上，右腿横放，左腿曲立，极为自在，衣褶垂搭自然，织物质感表现的淋漓尽致。底面平坦，嶙峋之处转折有力又不失灵巧流畅。整件雕塑姿态自然，神情到位，衣褶、骨骼等颇见功力，可谓明代泥塑人物佳作。
