高6.74cm；宽5.32cm；厚1.52cm
白玉质，洁白油润。器以璧和钺组成，璧似嵌在钺上，璧边缘阳刻“嘉和”和“元年”四字，器型美观，独具匠心，雕工精致。璧一面高浮雕传统螭龙造型，口衔灵芝，首尾相接，蜿蜒盘曲于璧面，线条流畅；一面以阴线阔边，中间雕刻乳钉纹，排列整齐。钺尾为刃部，纹饰古朴而雅致，以卷云纹为饰，刃部边角上翘。器形纹饰虽有古器风格，但经创新，重新组合，抛光仔细，工艺精湛，光泽强烈，器上部有孔，可穿系佩挂。
