黄玉质，温润细腻。器呈弯弧形，身中间微微鼓凸，边缘较薄，形若“丫”字，身上琢雕多道凹凸的瓦沟纹，线条简洁。一端有对钻单孔，可穿系佩挂。考古专家认为玉丫形器是一种祭祀用玉器，还有一些考古专家认为这是史前部落首领一种权力的象征。此类玉器对其意义及功用不甚明了，应是原始社会图腾崇拜进一步宗教化的产物。整体器型美观，纹饰简洁。
