A bronze gilt plaque, rectangular in shape, with one short end depressed to form two pointed corners; to the centre an enamelled insert with white saltire on blue field, green triangular sections to the quarters; three holes to the upper and lower edge for attachment. 28.8 grams, 5cm (2").
