此器通体髹朱漆，呈花篮状，盘形口，圈足，口沿缀回纹，下方连结提篮，丰肩、弧腹下收，腹面饰锦地纹地上剔刻卷草纹，花篮四面倭角开光内剔刻鱼和蝙蝠纹样，四只蝙蝠向中间靠拢，中部一只蝙蝠口衔石磬，双鱼在下。形态栩栩如生，取鱼、蝙蝠、磬等谐音，寓意吉庆有余，年年有福。整器以中华传统文化中传承已久的吉祥图案作为装饰，不仅在工艺上，在艺术品味和内涵上均堪称经典。
