圆形，桥形钮，无钮座，镜背采用阴线刻的方式，刻画了一佛二菩萨以及其他随侍做讲经的状态。主佛坐于莲台之上，二菩萨及其他随侍菩萨分立两侧，二菩萨着袈裟，皆有背光。此镜纹饰工艺特殊，阴线刻的方式将任务的神态以及衣着表达的十分具象，让人有一种身临其境之感。纹饰稀少，难能可贵。
