圆形，圆钮，花瓣纹钮座。主题纹饰为两条鲤鱼旋转对置，占据了整个镜背的空间，纹饰采用浮雕技法表现，双鱼张口鼓鳍，尾鳍翻折，大鳞片，长背鳍，呈摇头摆尾状，形神兼备，极富动感，周围满饰水波纹。生动地表现了鲤鱼在水中觅食漫游的活泼姿态。此镜纹饰刻画清晰，浮雕感强，写实的表现手法使两条鲤鱼的形象栩栩如生，水波纹也不拘泥于形式，而是随着镜面布局需要而变换波纹，或层层排列，或曲折回环，把水的高低起伏表现得淋漓尽致。南宋著名画家马远曾画《十二水图》，水纹表现是中国艺术史上一个重要的题材，此镜对于水纹的表现，使我们得以洞察金代铜镜中对于写实题材的表现能力。此镜整体大气，厚重，当为双鱼镜中之精品。此镜特别之处更在于双鱼极其肥美，浮雕感极强，双鱼的浮雕高度高于镜缘，显得鱼的动感极强。确为难得的双鱼镜中之极品。
