笔筒为圆柱形，直口，直腹。外壁敷施青釉，厚润清幽，光泽柔和，给人以“类玉”之感。釉色沉稳大气，器身线刻蝙蝠纹样，十分精细，足见做工之精良，底部篆书款：大清乾隆年制。全器气韵流畅，笔筒之形制，既便于日用，又是观赏把玩的佳品，一直以来深受文人墨客的喜爱。
