此盏砂胎，斜壁，敛底，较一般盏更深，全器内外几近满釉，只露圈足于外。制式规整，造型小巧精致，釉以乌金深黑色为底，迎光可见其上遍布浅银色细丝。腹下垂釉明显，釉水光润，乌黑亮泽，结晶斑闪烁可见。乌金釉银毫盏属建盏中的稀有品种，是茶人斗茶品茗的佳器。
