Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Emperor Reign period porcelain lidded jar. The shape having thick potted body, sturdily potted in a bulbous body, gently tapered on shoulder toward prominent straight neck with wide opening, covered with dome lids decorated with reverse bowl porcelain floral blooms pattern, raised on flat base. The exterior design in famille-jaune, hand painted ornamentations are rendered in the lemon-yellow underglaze base ground color which contrast against the cobalt blue color.
