China, 1368-1644. The tripod censer with a flaring body, inverted flat lip and several circumferential ribs, the feet in the shape of ruyi. The foot rim with recessed base unglazed.
Provenance: French private collection.
Condition: Wear, traces of use, a few manufacturing flaws, glaze flakes and minuscule nicks.
