A RED JADE SNUFF BOTTLE
China, 1740-1820. The stone finely carved and incised in high relief to depict a qilin on both sides, one howling at the moon, the other spitting smoke at a flying bat. Fine surface polish.

Provenance: French Private Collection. Remnants of old paper label to base.
Condition: Excellent condition with fine natural patina.

玉雕麒麟鼻烟壺
中國，1740-1820。雕工精美，兩邊分別高浮雕刻麒麟，一隻站于月上，另一隻旁可見蝙蝠。表面光滑。
