Omphale mit dem Fell des Nemeischen Löwen bekleidet und der Keule des Herkules vor einer flachen Landschaft stehend. Herkules nach links gewandt auf einem Felssockel mit Tuchdraperie sitzend, den zweiköpfigen gezähmten Cerberus an der Leine haltend. Eine retuschierte Absplitterung an der Brust des Herkules.
