Southern China. 18th century Seated in royal ease on a tall rock rising from waves, in her right hand a scroll, the left hand placed on the rock holding a string of prayer beads. In lalitasana auf einem steil aufragenden, von Wellen umspülten Felsen sitzend, in der rechten Hand eine Schriftrolle, in der aufgestützten linken eine Gebetsschnur. Auf der abgeflachten Vorderseite eine Inschrift, Auszug aus dem "Dabei zhou" (Mantra des großen Mitgefühls). Reste von Vergoldung. H 38,4 cm
