Zinn mit dunkler Alterspatina. Zylindrischer Korpus mit ausgestelltem Fuß. Scharniergelagerter Deckel mit Banddrücker, Bandhenkel. Auflagen aus reliefiertem Messing. Auf der Wandung Darstellung der Schule des Sokrates im antiken Stil. Auf dem Deckel Darstellung der schaumgeborenen Venus in Muschel. Vor dem Drücker vollplastische Figur eines stehenden Zechers. Auf Deckel und Fuß umlaufend vier kleine Puttiköpfe, einer gut ergänzt. Reparaturstelle am Drücker. Im Deckel geschlagene Stadtmarke von Meißen sowie zweifach geschlagene Meistermarke des Gottfried August Krause, der in Meißen von 1778 bis 1819 nachgewiesen werden kann. Höhe 30 cm.Condition: II -
