A 19th century fruitwood parquetry work box, of rectangular form, the hinged lid decorated with stars within a geometric border, having an interior fitted with lift out tray comprising 8 lidded compartments and pin cushions, width 31.1cm, depth 21,4cm, height 9.3cm Condition: The top of the box has bowed, areas of veneer are missing and some have lifted, knocks and scuffs to surface of the box, one hinge slightly loose, key is present and lock appears to function
