Lutkin, factory marks The series ÒPeoples of RussiaÓ was commissioned personally by Tsar Nicholas II in 1907 from the Imperial Porcelain Factory to commemorate the Romanov Tercentenary and to celebrate the ethnic diversity of Russia. height 40.5 cm Condition: Figure is in need of cleaning.
