An Elamite-Sumerian bronze mirror, 2nd millennium B.C.Slightly convex mirror. The original surface beautifully polished, but corroded in large parts. With a strong handle in the shape of a palm trunk. Drooping leaves on the sides each with a stylised snake's head. The mirror mount decorated with engraved geometric patterns.
