高6.65cm；宽4.2cm；厚0.59cm
白玉润泽。器方整厚实，四角圆钝，边略矮，局部为波形打挖曲边。上端有仿古纹饰，一对夔龙相向，龙尾延伸而下，围成长方形，下端一般不作褥饰，线条方折圆转层次清晰，中有可供穿系的圆孔。正面刻羲之爱鹅图，背面阳刻诗文“山阴道士如相见，应写黄庭换白鹅”，字体劲秀文雅，落款“文玩”，人物诗文相呼应。此物所雕琢典故源自四爱之一的“黄庭换鹅”。王羲之书法造诣无出其右者，有一道士极喜欢王羲之的书法，深知王羲之喜欢鹅，以鹅换了一部《黄庭经》。“羲之爱鹅”被后世当做文人雅士情趣生活的体现，也成为明清时期玉雕作品中常见的题材。
