带底座高5.6cm；玉高4.82cm；宽12.3cm；厚1.32cm
此件为白玉质，洁白油润。采用圆雕、镂雕和阴线等工艺琢和合二仙乘槎之场景。二仙坐于松树之下，遥遥相望，以松树的枝干作槎，面带笑容可鞠，均着宽袍长袖，随风飘动，一仙手捧宝盒，一仙单手扶膝，手持灵芝，二仙之间立一宝瓶，荷花从中穿出，生动形象。配有海浪形底座。“和合二仙”，又称“和合二圣”，为唐代著名高僧。因“和合”二字代表吉祥寓意，故自宋代以来即被奉为结婚之神，象征新婚夫妇圆圆满满、一团和气。该摆件玉质细润，做工讲究，雕工精细，人物刻画生动，线条流畅，为同时期玉雕摆件之上。
