兽面为黄玉质，温润细腻。片状，器形较薄，正面兽面，兽眼在兽面下部，为椭圆圈，鼻在眼下为一横线，眉上饰鸡心卷云纹。中间琢两个对钻圆孔。上琢顶头龙首纹，左右两面对称。背面光素无纹。上下两端琢有牛穿孔，搭配绿松石、玛瑙珠和玉管，美观精致。整器将生动的兽面纹和繁缛的龙首纹、勾云纹结合在一起，充满了庄严与神秘之感，为古玉中之珍品。参考：《天津艺术博物馆·藏玉》NO.109
