长12.58cm；宽4.66cm；厚0.25cm
梳背为白玉质，温润细腻，色泽凝秀。梳背呈半月形片状，上部为弧形，梳背中部雕刻三朵盛开的海棠花，左右两侧及下部雕刻花叶纹，下部平直有榫，以镶嵌梳齿，两面纹饰相同。器身较薄，应是置于头部之饰物。唐王建《宫词》：“玉蝉金雀三层插，翠髻高丛绿鬓虚。舞处春风吹落地，归来别赐一头梳”。整体造型典雅，纹饰刻划精致细腻，甚为雅致，是件难得之精品。今国家博物馆藏，与本件类似，可资参考。参考：《中国出土玉器8》P202
