此件为白玉质，肉质洁白温润，薄胎工艺。圆雕盛开的凌霄花交叉盘绕，花瓣肥厚微曲，藤蔓翻卷，极富生命力，以精细精准的奏刀将凌霄花的高洁，枝叶的转折，表现的惟妙惟肖，背面光素。玉雕凌霄花最早出现在宋代。陆游曾用“高花风坠赤盏”来形容凌霄之美。该器构思巧妙，造型灵动，图案精美，雕工精湛。参考：上海博物馆与本件藏品类似，可供参考
