此件为白玉质，莹润细腻，带有黄沁。器形较大，随形雕刻，雕二瑞兽宝相花纹。二蹲伏回首状，造型生动可爱。纹饰以浮雕、镂雕等手法表现，精雕细琢，工艺精绝。配有红木底座，玉兽其手感温润饱满，复施以妙技，使整器体态玲珑，十分可人。宝相花又称宝仙花、宝莲花，传统吉祥纹样之一，是吉祥三宝之一，盛行于中国隋唐时期。
