长7.2cm；宽5.4cm；厚0.88cm
白玉质，洁白细腻。长方形，透雕龙纹，呈攀爬状，张嘴吐舌，双角后飘，姿态灵动，立体感强。背面光素。带饰器在我国流传久远，自新时代石器良渚遗址中，即发现带钩。其后种类逐渐增多，发展出带扣、扣环之类。至唐更发展出整条围带，并以明代品序辩等列之用，其中以玉围带为最高等级，并延至以明。而清皇室则在国家大礼上佩（朝带）或（吉祥带）皆以玉质。全器构图高贵、典雅，刀工极为精到细腻，打磨圆润匀称，气势雄壮威武，以质、工、型、整体而言实为带饰器件中的精品佳作。
