白玉质，温润细腻，局部带有沁色。器呈扁圆柱形，器面采用双勾线条通体连贯饰龙纹，线条犀利而深峻，可见工艺之精。双勾即以两道阴线勾勒出阳线，通过将阴线一侧减地达到立体的效果，俗称“双阴拟阳”。孔道为两面对钻，内壁打磨光滑。外壁以斜行方向，玉勒纹饰简练而抽象，重点表现龙最明显的特征，即臣字眼与犀利的趾爪。整器排列紧凑，疏密有致，工艺古朴。
