费以耕（ ？—1870 ）清代画家。字馀伯，乌程（今浙江吴兴）人。费丹旭长子。画承家学，仕女幽静，兼工花鸟。同治九年（1870）为张鸣珂画锺进士像，侧耳作听琴状，傍坐一女郎，膝置一琴，拔铉抚弄，秀媚天成。与张熊交往甚密，曾与之合作画《梅月嫦娥扇面》，现藏北京故宫博物院。
