9th-11th century AD. A cast cruciform four-way strap junction with pierced trilobe terminals, at centre a prominent octagonal boss. Cf. From an old North Country collection; found near Lincoln, Lincolnshire, UK, 1994. Fine condition. Rarely found complete.
