Northeastern India, Bengal. 12th century Above and to the side of a niche three figures of a Buddha seated in meditation on a double lotus throne, each holding the hands in a different mudra, to the side an apsara with a flower garland. In addition a small Central Indian sandstone head of a deity, 12th/13th century.
