A near pair of late 18th century Derby figural bocage candlesticks each of cupid kneeling before a bocage, one with with a quiver of arrow at his side and holding a bow and arrow, the other pointing to a flaming heart, raised on rococo shell and scroll bases, 28cm high. (losses and damages), (2) height 20.5 cm. Condition: Both with with damages and losses. Neither with candle holders. Candlestick with the quiver has lost one wing and has various chips and losses to bocage. The candlestick without the quiver has a large section of the base absent.
