此件为白玉质，洁白细腻，带有红沁。圆雕琢一狮子，呈站立状，铜铃双目，如意形鼻，狮子呲牙咧嘴，口衔飘带，脚踩绣球，毛发卷曲后飘，尾部分成三绺上贴于背，均琢整齐的阴线，生动形象，可爱至极。狮子滚绣球是汉族传统吉祥图案，有去除灾难，好事降临之寓意。《东汉观记》中关于狮子的描述：“狮子形如虎，正黄，有髯耏，尾端绒毛大如斗”。此器造型较为别致，器形完整，中有穿孔，可供佩挂。
