19th-20th century Formed from a coral group with three main branches with smaller off-shoots, the central branch with a large ascending bearded scaly dragon with a large pearl in its mouth, a smaller dragon descending from higher on the same branch, the left branch with a standing figure of Avolikitesvara clutching a lotus stem and wearing flowing ribboned robes, the tail of a dragon and one large claw carved to a smaller upper stem of the same branch, the right branch carved with another dragon tail and claw and with the head of the dragon carved to a smaller branch below the main branches, the reverse side with swirling water or cloud scrolling.
