A BAMBOO 'CRAB ON LOTUS' PARFUMIER, 18TH CENTURY China. Of cylindrical form, finely carved in openwork depicting a crab perched on a large veined lotus leaf amid lotus blossoms, buds, and further leaves. The wood of an attractive grain and color.

Provenance: From a German private collection.
Condition: Good condition with extensive old wear, nicks and dents, few expected age cracks, the discs to both ends lost. Magnificent ancient patina overall.

中國，圓柱形，鏤空雕刻，一隻螃蟹攀爬在荷葉上，荷花、花蕾亭亭玉立，荷葉似乎在風中搖曳。竹雕香薰紋理與色澤極爲美麗。

品相：狀況良好，有大量磨損、刻痕和凹痕，幾乎沒有老化裂縫，兩端的圓片已丟失。包漿美麗。
