KRAUTWALD, JOSEPH (Borkenstadt / Upper Silesia 1914-2003 Rheine) - 2 reliefs: "Saint Elizabeth" (h. 14,5 x w. 6 x d. 1,7 cm) and "Hearing / The Vocation of Samuel" (h. 13 x w. 12,3 x d. 2 cm), bronze, worked as high relief in the characteristic expressive manner of the artist, who studied with Josef Thorak in Munich and Karl Albiker in Dresden. Especially his early work was influenced by the works of Käthe Kollwitz and Ernst Barlach.
