A Chinese famille rose covered jar, dating from the 19th century. The colorful jar widens slightly from the base, then curves inwards at top to the short neck for the cover. Design features two large panels with flower vase and Chinese articles and objects, echoed by two smaller panels on each side in between the larger ones, with same theme covered with wooden top open carved in the center.
