A Chinese lapis carving of two standing figures on wood stand,dating from the Qing dynasty. Smaller figure to the left holds a vase to her right shoulder with both hands, and larger figure has hands folded in front holding prayer beads, her hair is down, in two long braids. Both are in flowing robes. Mounted as a lamp on a wood stand over a metal base in the past.
