A pair of Chinese famille rose panels, each with 4 windows porcelain plaques containing figures. Each vertical plaque has four panels with interior and exterior scenes with figres, and have lines of Chinese characters. The scenes are very detailed and give insights into Chinese life at the time. Panels can be hung by wire on reverse side. Each panel opening aprox. 4 3/4" (12 cm)sq. Overall: H. 26 1/4" (66.6 cm), W. 7 1/2" (19 cm) Condition: both in good condition with only one top piece of panel restored
