A wonderful and scarce antique German porcelain demitasse espresso/mocha cup and matching saucer produced by the famed Nymphenburg porcelainpany. Both the cup and saucer have the 12 sided point and the pearl design to the very edge (refers to the little blue pearls painted on). Hand painted with a scene in black in the center/front of both the cup and saucer, as well as, a superb gold and blue trim. Decoration and gold is in beautiful condition with no visible wear that we see. Both are marked with the under glaze printed shield mark in green with the word Nymphenburg underneath. The saucer also has some numbers and impressed marks. Mark used from 1910-1975 Set Circa 1910-1925 Measurements: Saucer plate 3.75" Diam, .875"T Cup 1.875" T, 2" Diam Condition: No Cracks,Chips, or Repairs. The original set is still in the possession of the family and thus any pieces of this design are later copies.
